After experiencing burnout and stress-related health issues herself, she made the difficult decision to step away from teaching and focus on recovery. Through that process, she gained a deep understanding of how profoundly the nervous system and overall health are affected by prolonged stress.

From Survival to Stability was created to offer the kind of structured, compassionate support she wished existed when she was struggling.
